Digital Marketing Trainer (Contract)
We’re seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Trainer (Contract) to design and deliver practical courses for students and working professionals. The ideal trainer combines real-world campaign experience (SEO, PPC, social ads, email, analytics) with strong teaching skills — able to run live workshops, create labs and evaluate student progress. Flexible contract terms with competitive pay and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media (organic & paid), email marketing, and analytics.
- Proven experience training students or professionals — able to design curriculum, create slide decks, and run practical labs.
- Strong knowledge of tools: Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz), Mailchimp (or similar), and basic CMS usage (WordPress).
- Comfortable delivering both online and offline classes; experience with Zoom/Google Meet and screen-sharing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional language skills (e.g., Malayalam/Hindi) are a plus.
- Ability to create assignments, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Available on a contract basis with flexible hours; must commit to agreed batch schedules and demo/class preparation time.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign results (please share links or PDF).
